Rapal® series (Aluminum oxide, Al2O3)

Offering high-purity grades from 99.6% to 99.9% , these ceramics feature extreme hardness, wear resistance, and high mechanical rigidity. They provide superior electrical insulation, chemical stability, and corrosion resistance.

Specifications and Description

Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3) is the most versatile and widely utilized high-performance ceramic, serving as a cornerstone in semiconductor manufacturing, chemical processing, medical technology, mechanical engineering, and the electronics industry.
As performance is directly dictated by material purity, Rauschert offers the Rapal® series with purity levels ranging from 99.6% to 99.9%. For applications requiring enhanced structural integrity, we also provide advanced composites the Rapal® AZ series, including Zirconia-Toughened Alumina (ZTA).
